Research Room Upload

When uploading the Allan Ambruso.jpg and Allan Ambruso.rtf files for members only, got the message:
Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0 in /home/smacom/wwwroot/ship-modelers-assn.org/control/ControlPanel.html on line 472

File appears to have loaded ok -- it shows up in the research room articles for letter 'A'.  Members only function appears to be working correctly.

When tried to access the file, got a Google 404 page with the following link embedded in it:
search%3Fq%3Dresearch%2BAllan%2BAmbruso%2Bsite:www.shipmodelersassociation.org&usg=AFQjCNF

So maybe the file upload wasn't successful afterall?
